When famous US blogger Steve Plotnicki (from food blog OAD) organized a couple of years ago a crawl of best restaurants from New-York city for the also famous British food writer Jay Rayner (author of the brilliant book The Man Who Ate The World), the idea could sound like a bit crazy but the experience revealed to be at the end extremely funny and interesting food wise.
Bringing in a same meal dishes from 5 or 6 of the best restaurants of one city can be another way to discover restaurants, food, service, local products and what a city has to offer in term of fine dining experiences.
That’s the reason why we have decided to organize a similar evening in Copenhagen on February 4.
