Kiin Kiin ... pas mieux !
Le chef ... photo Trine - Very Good Food
Porc cracklings, lotus roots, jelly fish salad, beef roll, fish cakes; scallops in coconut milk,... croquent, crissent, grattent, piquent, mordent et régalent nos papilles insatiables.
1st stop of our food crawl’ing, Kiin Kiin: a Michelin starred and Thai restaurant in the middle of Copenhagen. In this little house of 3 levels next to the poetic and old Jewish cemetery, the young chief (see pic) rethinks with skill the Thaï street food. Pork cracklings, lotus roots, jelly fish salad, beef roll, fish cakes; scallops in coconut milk: they crunch, grind, sting, bite and enjoy thoroughly our insatiable mouths.
